Will you do custom orders?

Yes, if time and kitchen space allows I am always open to custom orders but will not fulfill requests to copy another baker’s design.

Where do you source your ingredients?

Most fruit is sourced from the local farmers’ market here in Joshua Tree as well as the eggs used for egg wash. I also source from various local farm stands. All ingredients are organic when possible and available. They are not labeled or promoted as such due to restrictive County regulations.

Why don’t you do vegan pies?

I do have a vegan pie dough recipe. However, it hasn’t been my main focus for availability at pop up events. I am always available to do vegan pies for custom orders.

Why DO i need to Preorder?

Preorders help me make sure I source the correct amount of ingredients and get an idea of what flavors are more in demand at the moment.

do you deliver?

Yes, I am happy to deliver anywhere in the Morongo basin and will travel as far as Palm Springs for a small fee.

do you do cakes?

No.

when are you opening a storefront?

No plans whatsoever.
